Finding Our Workshop Space

Our Brunswick kitchen is centrally located with easy access via tram or car. Detailed directions are provided upon booking confirmation. Street parking is typically available, and we're a short walk from Sydney Road shops.

The space accommodates small groups comfortably, with professional equipment but a home-kitchen feel. This intentional design helps bridge the gap between learning in an institutional setting and applying skills in your own kitchen.

Gift Certificates Available

Cooking experiences make memorable gifts for food enthusiasts, busy professionals, or anyone who's expressed interest in improving their kitchen skills. Gift certificates are available for any service and remain valid for twelve months.

Email to arrange a gift certificate, and I'll provide a personalized certificate you can present to the recipient. They can then contact me directly to schedule at their convenience.

What if I need to reschedule?
Workshops can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice. Private chef experiences and catering require one week notice for full refund. Meal preparation can pause or skip weeks as needed.

Do workshops require previous experience?
The Foundations Workshop assumes no prior knowledge. The Seasonal Series works best after completing Foundations or if you already have basic skills. Mentorship adapts to your current level.

How far in advance should I book?
Workshops often fill 3-4 weeks ahead. Private chef experiences and catering should be booked at least two weeks out, though I sometimes accommodate shorter notice if my schedule allows.

Can you work with my existing meal plan or diet?
Yes. Meal preparation service is fully customizable to your preferences, macros, or specific dietary protocols. We'll discuss your requirements during the initial consultation.
